Who said that only actors of our healthy culinary field trips, or our much desired days of sunshine and beaches, have to be sad just snacks?

The pasta can be a tasty and unique alternative to sandwiches outdoors.
After a nice walk in the countryside or a long swim in the sea, always gets a leonine hunger that makes us want a good meal. Then let us be tempted by a dish of bright ribbons of pasta with ham, cheese, vegetables and olives; resfrescante and delicious food that will transform the lunch at a party.

Ingredients for 6 persons: 250 g
ribbons of pasta (or other short pasta) 100 g

frozen peas 100 g of canned corn
150 g of ham on a slice
50 g pitted black olives

½ yellow pepper ½ red or green pepper 100 g

Emmental cheese 100 g sliced \u200b\u200bpepperoni
thick 6 tablespoons olive oil teaspoon mustard

a lemon salt


Wash and cut peppers into thin strips. In a pan heat a little oil and saute the peppers a few minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Boil salted water and cook pasta al dente, drain it, pass it under running cold water and allow to cool completely. Cook peas in boiling water 5 minutes, drain and let cool. Cut the ham into small cubes, sausage and cheese. In a bowl combine ingredients ready, add corn and olives cut into slices. Dissolve mustard in the lemon juice, add a pinch plenty of salt and olive oil, emulsified dressing well and pasta salad. Mix well so that the pasta absorbs the dressing and then transfer into a suitable container for picnics with a tight lid. Let
pasta salad in the refrigerator until time to take a trip.
