Put some water in a saucepan on the fire when it breaks a boil add the chicken breasts, cleaned and rinsed, peeled garlic clove, oranges skin free of the white, cloves, a few grains pepper, salt and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes. In a bowl whisk lemon juice with liquor, salt, pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Emulsify well and set aside. Drain the chicken their liquid, cut the chicken into strips and transfer to a bowl. Season with prepared sauce, add a couple tablespoons of chicken broth, stir well and keep in the fridge. Peel the remaining oranges
, remove the white sour and cut into wedges or slices. At serving time, join the orange chicken, espolvorerar with chopped parsley and serve.
